stopped using weightwatchers.
kept weight loss on the brain.
lost and gained the same 5 pounds back.
let my housework go to sh*t.
basically dealt with ups and (major)downs of depression.
~that's always fun, let me tell ya!
got sick and tired of all that.
bought a nintendo wii/wii fit.
LOVE the wii fit.
have been using it for 3 weeks.
am now up to an hour of activity at least 4 days a week.
lost 3 pounds, gained strength and definition all over.
that is incredible for me.
i'm so excited :)

to the few people that are on my friends list, i apologize for not posting in three whole months!! that is redicoulous!
obviously, i fell off the wagon..quit journaling and (ready??)gained some weight back. however, i started keeping a points tally and doing the weekly weigh in for the last three weeks, sooo yay me? i got a little black notebook that fits into my back pocket, so that i always have it with me. and if i don't have my points slider with me at the time, i just jot down the calories, fat, fiber in the margin to figure out later...no "estimating" :)
i'm doing weight watchers on my own. i don't have the support of a group, so i'll neeeed to keep on top of this journal if i want to EVER not be a fatty...well, significantly LESS of a fatty lol
i don't ever see myself being super thin, and that's just fine by me. i DO want to be a healthier person, at a healthier weight.
i started up again when my size 16s no longer fit and i had to wear an old pair of 18s. no way was i buying a new pair of 18s, so off to counting points i went. now, i'm back to 16s. i rewarded myself by buying a cute pair of jeans.
i recently took a job as a cake decorator, so i know for a fact that bakery goodies and overindulging are to blame :( who knew sweet flaky croissants were 8 points?!! they're soo good, yet soo bad. it takes super strength to turn away fresh baked cookies and brownies, let me tell ya! i've learned that if i have a crazy urge to treat myself, i'll now have a small piece and savor it, rather than feel sorry about having something bad for the next few days. and i don't have that "small piece" everyday. it's NOT worth it!!
here's the new stats:
age- 28
height- 5' 4''
highest weight- 227.00
lowest weight- what is that??
starting weight(5/24/07)- 185.00
current weight(6/22/07)- 180.8
short term goal- 170.00
long term goal- 125 to 140~whatever feels right

stayed on points yesterday..i even turned down going to the macaroni grill after learning how non-ww friendly that place is. my favorite dish is 29 points-yowza! soooo not worth it!
so far today ive had 19 out of 24(using old system)points. i may have to take from my 35 flex for dinner, but i'll keep it as low as possible, in case i need them later-which i probably will...so thankful for flexpoints :)
ooh- i forgot about my snow shoveling! i'm counting that as exercise today. i was sweating when i was done(20 min)- so that does count, right? if so, then i can use less flex. *exxxcelllennnt*
